Requirements of membership to all of the Council's Citizen Advisory Commissions are outlined in the Solana Beach Municipal Code (Title 2, Chapter 2.60, Section 2.60.005 General provisions) as well as Council Policy 19.
BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMISSION

Five Members (Must be at least 18 years old, a city resident, and property owner within the City of Solana Beach). Members serve at the pleasure of the appointing City Councilmember. Each position is a two-year term. Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 635 S. Highway 101, 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, unless otherwise posted.
