Cable Broadcast
City Council meetings are broadcast Live on Cox (Channel 19), Time Warner (Channel 24) and AT&T U-verse (Channel 99). The meetings are typically re-broadcast on the following Thursday and Monday at 6:00 p.m.
Webcasting
City Council meetings are webcasted Live on our agenda posting page and are archived the next day for future viewing.
SPEAKING AT A CITY COUNCIL MEETING

You may "Request to Speak" by filling out a speakers slip (located at the back table of the Council Chambers).

Submit speaker slips to the City Clerk prior to the meeting or the Item.

If you would like to submit materials prior to the meeting for consideration at the meeting, please drop them off at City Hall or submit to the City Clerk's Office at least 1-1/2 hour prior to the meeting. Materials will be distributed immediately and posted online with the agenda item.

If you would like to submit materials at the meeting for the record, provide 12 copies (Council, staff and the City record).
