The Community Development Department provides a variety of services to the public, including administration of local subdivision and zoning regulations. The department also provides professional and technical support to the City Council and staff. In addition, the Community Development Department is responsible for business certificate, development permit processing, current planning, General Plan maintenance and updates, and special projects.
